In Honor of the 10th Anniversary of Red Storm, I hearby announce the F/X Fanfiction Awards - the first and most probably last awards in F/X: The Series Fandom!
Nomination Rules:
- Short is 10,000 words or less. Long is over 10,000 words.
- In order to qualify a story must be available on the web (No, it does not have to be at the archive. However, if it is not located at the archive, you must include a link for it).
- The story must be complete. (Yes! It does NOT qualify unless it is complete.)
- Best Story Series must have at least 2 complete stories; it does not matter if there is one in progress.
- In order to be on the ballot, an author or story must have at least 2 nominations.
- Nominees will be the top six. This may change if there are ties in the nominations or if there are fewer stories or authors nominated.
- You may submit one nomination per category.
- Stories may be nominated for multiple categories.
- Since I am (unless someone else wants to volunteer?) the one running the contest and posting the results, I am disqualified from being a participant. I.E. my stories will be struck from the nominations. (Okay, I have one objection to that. If the majority of nominators object, I will allow my stories to be nominated. Though it seems a bit . . . odd to me.)
- All nominations must be received by June 15, 2008. Nomination deadline extended to July 5, 2008.
