Rollie is back with Mangela. I don't know how to say this, except to tell it. First off, you need to know Dingo Tyler is alive. His "death" was some type of trick to get him out of some scheme or other. After they found his father and the pilot, Rollie got hurt. Apparently he was terribly shocked and hurt by his father's actions (Understandble!) and he ran off. Well, he took a nasty fall and really messed his knee up BAD. Mangela and Dingo brought him back in this beat up, old rust bucket of a car. Rollie is in a lot of pain. We're waiting for a Flying Doctor to get here and transport him some place for x-rays and treatment.

Poor Rollie. He's so thin now! I've never seen his hair this long. He's hurting badly. The physical pain doesn't come close to his emotional pain. That's all you can see in his eyes - how much he's been hurt by all of this. He's not talking. Not really. He's ignoring everyone except Mangela or Angie. His responses to them are extremely short. One syllable only. He hasn't initiated any of the conversations either, if you can call them a conversation.

Everyone's mad at Dingo, including me! How dare he do this to Rollie?!?! They tell me Rollie is his only kin. Well, let me tell you, THAT man doesn't deserve him! I'd like to skin him alive and stake him out for the dingoes to eat! I keep waiting for Angie to take strips out of his worthless hide, but she hasn't done it. She sits with Rollie mostly, talking. I don't know what she's saying and I'm not sure Rollie is listening. He's got to be all right! Where is that DAMN plane?
 

Sorry. The doctor finally got here. He was very upset by Rollie's condition. Spent a lot of time making certain his leg was immobilised before letting a couple of hunters load him on the plane. Angie got on right behind him. I think I saw Rollie take her hand. I hope so! He needs someone to hold on to and I think Angie is just about the only one left that he trusts right now. Except maybe Mangela.

I hope they'll be all right. I'm really worried about Rollie. Hope he hasn't done himself some permanent damage. I'll email you when I have more news.

Mangela just dragged Dingo off to... somewhere. I don't know where. I hope he can make Dingo understand exactly what he's done to Rollie. How could someone like Rollie have a father like that? How could his own father do this to him?
