WHAT?!?! I'm sorry, but I haven't got a clue as to what R has been up to lately. The new commissioner cracked down on everyone, so did V. Forbidden to use R's help. Been so busy with the crooks, haven't seen him for 9 weeks, at least. Neither has F. Kids are keeping  him jumping, as well as the caseload. Tried to call him for you, no more luck than you had. I'll drop by the loft as soon as I'm able today. Will call or email as soon as I find anything.
